NEW DELHI : According to a senior source in the Ministry of Sports, the BCCI — like all other national federations — will be required to comply with the new legislation once it becomes law. “Like all National federations, the BCCI will have to comply with the law of the land once this bill becomes an act,” the official confirmed on Tuesday.
This development comes on the heels of cricket being included in the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games, thereby formally integrating the BCCI into the Olympic movement.
