MUSCAT – This collaboration marks a significant step towards advancing OTC’s vision to expand Oman’s telecom infrastructure, accelerate digital transformation and enhance network efficiency across the Sultanate.
It also marks Brookfield’s first venture into Oman, reinforcing its expanding footprint in the Gulf region. The move is expected to accelerate the expansion of the Sultanate’s telecom infrastructure and support the national drive for digital transformation.
OTC is Oman’s fastest growing telecom tower infrastructure company, having started operations in 2019 and rapidly scaled up to a pan-Oman portfolio of more than 2,400 telecom Sites with key partnerships across all mobile operators in Oman.
Majid Al Kharoosi, Managing Director of OTC said: “This move is a new phase of growth and development for OTC and the Omani telecommunications sector.”
