Himanshu began his career at The Park New Delhi and has since held key roles at leading properties including The Westin Abu Dhabi, Aloft Palm Jumeirah, and Sheraton Grand Dubai. His impressive achievements include being recognized in Hotelier Middle East’s “30 Under 30”, spearheading the launch of several award-winning restaurant concepts. Known for his strategic leadership and ability to build high-performing teams, Himanshu has consistently elevated guest satisfaction and enhanced brand positioning through creative F&B programming.
In his new role, Himanshu will lead the hotel’s food and beverage operations, infusing Aloft’s signature energy and style into every culinary touchpoint—from W XYZ Bar to Wave Burger and special events. His vision includes introducing innovative dining concepts, enhancing guest engagement, and establishing Aloft Muscat as a standout F&B destination in Oman.
