Muscat – According to a statement issued by the Royal Oman Police (ROP), the citizen defrauded a group of people by posting fake advertisements that offered houses, residential apartments, and rest houses for rent in various governorates. The victims were tricked into transferring advance payments via bank transfer to secure the bookings.
