MUSCAT – The southern coastal areas of Dhofar governorate are expected to experience partly cloudy conditions with a chance of drizzle and isolated rain, while the rest of the Sultanate will see clear to partly cloudy skies.
Isolated rain is likely over Al Wusta and South Al Sharqiya governorates, and there is a chance for the formation of convective clouds that could bring isolated rain over parts of the Al Hajar Mountains.
People are advised of possible low clouds and fog patches late tonight and early Tuesday morning, particularly over parts of South Al Sharqiya, Dhofar, and Al Wusta. These conditions may lead to reduced visibility.
Furthermore, dusty conditions are expected in desert and open areas, with a warning issued for potential reductions in visibility due to dust, fog, and downdraft winds associated with thundershowers.
