Tamil Nadu: For the first time, 24 teams will compete in the tournament. India has been placed in Pool B alongside Chile, Pakistan, and Switzerland.
The draw event was attended by FIH President Dato Tayyab Ikram, FIH Director General Mike Joyce, Hockey India Secretary General Bhola Nath Singh, and Director General Cdr RK Srivastava.
