TEHRAN : The Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces declared on Sunday that the military operations conducted so far against Israel were intended solely for deterrence. However, he added that Iran is now preparing to launch “punitive operations” in response to recent developments.
In a pointed message, he advised Israeli citizens to “evacuate Haifa and Tel Aviv immediately,” signaling a possible escalation in Iran’s military posture amid the ongoing regional conflict.
