Muscat – The tender (ET13/2025/OPAZ) is for the ‘Construction of the Administrative and Commercial Buildings Complex within the Economic Zone at Al Dhahirah (EZAD Square – IP4)’.
Interested bidders can purchase and download the softcopy of the tender documents through the official e-Tendering platform “Esnad” at https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.om. The sale of tender documents begins on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 10: am, and concludes on Thursday, June 26 2025 at 12 pm.
Eligible companies must be registered with the Tender Board and are required to submit their bids online through the e-Tendering system, fully signed and sealed. A tender bond of 2 percent of the bid value, valid for 180 days, must be submitted electronically via the platform. The bond should be issued by a local bank in Oman or its accredited branches in Saudi Arabia.
