Muscat – The agreement, signed at the Authority’s headquarters by the Communication and Digital Accessibility Team, aims to raise employee awareness regarding the rights of persons with special needs. It also aims to equip staff with essential communication skills, including training in sign language and its practical tools.

As part of the cooperation, the Authority plans to improve the use of digital tools available on its official website, making them more accessible and user-friendly for people with disabilities. Additionally, the initiative includes integrating smart technological solutions into the work environment to enhance overall performance and service delivery.
