RABAT: The award-winning documentary, directed by Fahad Al Maimani, was among 24 films from across the globe selected for the festival. Oman was represented by two powerful entries: Dahjan Al Ward by director Mohammed Al Ajmi and Never Dive Alone, which ultimately emerged as the standout.
“Never Dive Alone” director Fahad Al-Maimani said this is the 12th international award for the film, following a long journey that took it to international festivals from Russia to Spain, from Italy to the United States, then to Morocco, Egypt, and beyond.
The Omani Film Society, which supported the entries, reaffirmed its commitment to fostering homegrown talent and building bridges with the global film community.
