MUSCAT : The initiative aims to foster collaboration between government and private institutions through development and training programmes based on the exchange of national expertise to refine human resources and raise their efficiency in various administrative and technical fields.

The initiative stems from the Authority’s belief in the importance of human resource development as the cornerstone of institutional building and sustainability. It includes a series of workshops and lectures presented by experts from various governmental, civil, military, security, and private institutions in Dhofar Governorate.
As part of the programme’s launch, the first workshop was held under the title ‘Strategic Communication Plan’. The session was attended by several officials and representatives from participating institutions, and focused on key topics such as corporate communication strategies, media planning tools, and their role in supporting development objectives.
The event also featured an introductory tour of the meteorology exhibition, where attendees were briefed on advanced weather monitoring and analysis systems used to enhance air navigation safety and forecasting accuracy.
The ‘Partnership’ initiative will continue throughout the year with three additional specialised training workshops, addressing diverse institutional development needs and encouraging deeper knowledge exchange across government, civil, military, security, and private sectors in Dhofar.
