Muscat – The Ministry’s Internal Investment Committee has invited local and international companies and investors with expertise in marine port development to submit their proposals.

According to the announcement, bidding documents will be available for purchase from May 12 to June 22, 2025. The clarification period will run from June 18 to July 6, 2025, and the final deadline for submitting proposals is August 17, 2025, at 12 am.

Investment proposals must include all the requirements specified in the bidding documents, be signed and stamped, and remain valid for a minimum of 12 months. Proposals should be submitted in PDF format to the same email address.
