Muscat: The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion has officially announced that anti-dumping duties will be applied at all customs ports across Oman on imports of ceramic and porcelain tiles falling under customs code 6907, excluding items under subheading 69073000.
This measure targets products originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of India and is being implemented in accordance with the Unified Law on Anti-Dumping, Countervailing, and Safeguard Measures for GCC States and its Executive Regulations, issued by Royal Decree No. 20/2015.
The duties will remain in force until a final review decision is issued, expected in the first quarter of 2026.
