MUSCAT : The conference is being held in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and under the patronage of His Highness Sayyid Marwan bin Turki Al Said, Governor of Dhofar.
The three-day event brings together a distinguished gathering of officials, experts, and practitioners in the fields of leadership, human capital development, and organizational transformation. This year’s agenda focuses on key themes such as artificial intelligence in HR, leadership empowerment, and psychological well-being in the workplace.

Featuring thought leaders and industry professionals from both within Oman and abroad, the conference aims to foster dialogue on the future of work, evolving leadership models, and the integration of technology in human resources.
The theme, ‘Leadership in Open Space,’ reflects OSHRM’s forward-thinking vision for redefining leadership and human capital development in the Sultanate.
