Muscat – The appeal, issued by the Department of Blood Bank Services (DBBS), comes in response to a significant drop in blood reserves, following the Eid holiday and the cancellation of several planned donation drives.
“A critical drop in blood reserves, significantly exacerbated by the Eid holiday and the cancellation of several planned donation drives, necessitates an immediate response to this urgent humanitarian call. Your contribution is vital in saving the lives of patients who rely on the availability of blood,” stated the DBBS appeal.
