Kochi – However, in a surprising turn of events, several employees have now come forward to refute the harassment allegations, calling the video misleading and claiming no mistreatment occurred.

According to media reports from India and the region, the viral video shows a man being led on his knees with a leash around his neck; some even suggest that employees were forced to lick coins off the floor as punishment for missing sales targets. Despite the disturbing visuals, the company at the center of the controversy has denied all accusations.

Following the airing of the video, Kerala’s Labour Department had launched an investigation, with the state’s Labour Minister V Sivankutty describing the footage as shocking disturbing.

Since then, multiple employees have expressed support for the firm, claiming that the video does not represent the true nature of their working conditions. They insist that the video does not accurately represent the company’s culture, adding a layer of complexity to the ongoing investigation.
