Muscat – Muscat – In a statement to the Oman News Agency, His Highness Sayyid Theyazin said: “The pavilion’s design is the result of the creativity of Omani youth who continue this communication with their own ingenuity. It is a product of the Bilarab Bin Haitham Award for Architectural Design, and its content reveals the elements of authentic Omani identity.

We were keen for the pavilion to reflect the spirit of the Sultanate of Oman and its ancient history, which extends back thousands of years, to be a bright window that showcases our values and cultural heritage to the world.”

His Highness emphasized the importance of the Sultanate of Oman’s participation in this global event, highlighting the country’s cultural role as a link between the world’s corners, and its contribution to promoting the values of international understanding and cooperation. “Our presence here at Expo 2025 affirms our commitment to sharing our vision and experiences in confronting global challenges with the world, and to working together for a better future,” he stated.

His Highness commended the dedicated national efforts made to implement this pavilion, extending his sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to the realization of this vision, which reflects the Sultanate of Oman, its people and its land.
The pavilion, which operates under the slogan ‘Extended Connections,’ showcases Oman’s rich cultural heritage and its future aspirations, aligning with the goals of Oman Vision 2040.

It is designed around three core themes: People, Land, and Water, reflecting the deep connection between Oman’s heritage and its modern identity. These themes highlight the country’s dedication to preserving its environment, enhancing its cultural identity, and fostering greater human connections.
Throughout the duration of the Expo, which runs until October 13, 2025, the pavilion will also highlight six key themes: communication and interaction, tourism, investment opportunities, cultural identity, international relations, and partnerships. These areas are integral to Oman’s strategy for future growth and development, as outlined in Oman Vision 2040, which aims to position the country as a leading hub for innovation, sustainability, and cultural exchange.

Visitors to the pavilion will experience interactive exhibits and displays that provide insights into Oman’s natural beauty, historical landmarks, and thriving tourism industry, while also exploring its growing investment opportunities. The pavilion serves as a platform to further strengthen Oman’s diplomatic and economic ties with the global community.
