Eid prayer timings announced as UAE prepares for Eid Al Fitr

Eid prayers will be held shortly after sunrise across all seven emirates, with worshippers expected to gather in large numbers at designated mosques and outdoor prayer grounds.

DUBAI: The UAE’s moon-sighting committee will convene Saturday evening after Maghrib prayers to determine the beginning of Shawwal, the month that follows Ramadan. Based on the sighting of the crescent moon, Eid Al Fitr will begin either on Sunday, March 30, or Monday, March 31.

Authorities have already finalized preparations to host the Eid prayers and manage crowds. Traffic plans, additional facilities, and crowd control measures have been rolled out to ensure smooth access to major prayer sites.

Eid Al Fitr Prayer Timings (Valid for both March 30 & 31):
Abu Dhabi – 6:22am

Al Ain – 6:23am

Dubai – 6:20am

Sharjah – 6:19am

Ajman – 6:19am

Umm Al Quwain – 6:18am

Ras Al Khaimah – 6:17am

Fujairah – 6:15am

Khorfakkan – 6:16am
