MUSCAT : The tender pertains to Plot No. 1023, Block (M/A), a 630 square meter space situated in the Al Qurum area.
This initiative is part of the Municipality’s ongoing efforts to attract specialised companies in the management and operation of tourism projects or international restaurants, as well as companies that own a brand and are interested in investing in the location.
The contract for this project will span 15 years, providing a long-term investment prospect for successful bidders.
