Muscat: The lineup, led by skipper Rohit Sharma and vice-captain Shubman Gill, is packed with experienced players and young talent.

India will submit its final squad to the ICC by February 11. Before the tournament kicks off on February 19, India will warm up with three ODIs against England on February 6, 9, and 12 — their first 50-over matches since their August 2024 tour of Sri Lanka.

Drawn into Group A, India starts their campaign on February 20 against Bangladesh, followed by a high-stakes clash with Pakistan on February 23 and a faceoff against New Zealand on March 2. Due to political constraints, India will play all their matches in Dubai.

The full squad includes seasoned players like Virat Kohli, Ravindra Jadeja, and Mohammed Shami, as well as fresh faces like Jaiswal, promising a blend of firepower and finesse. The stage is set for India to make a strong bid for the Champions Trophy.
