KUWAIT CITY: As part of the third round of Group 1 matches, Oman national football team will play its UAE counterpart on Friday at 6:30 pm, in a bid to book a ticket to the semifinals of 26th Gulf Cup.
In a press conference held on Thursday, Oman coach Rasheed Jaber said that “all four teams in Group A have a chance to qualify, stressing that Oman team will enter the match as a starting point.”
“We aim to present a good level and make great efforts to win. It is important for us to have confidence in ourselves, and we must know how to deal with the match and distribute our efforts on the field,” he added.
