Muscat: Salalah Club edged past Ahli Sidab Club with a narrow 2-1 victory in the first match, securing their place in the final. In the second semi-final Al Amerat Club pulled off an extraordinary comeback against Al Nasr Club. Trailing 5-2 until the third quarter, Al Amerat netted five consecutive goals, sealing a 7-5 triumph and earning their spot in the championship game.
The final match will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, determining the champion and runner-up of this prestigious tournament. Meanwhile, Ahli Sidab Club and Al Nasr Club will battle for third place.
The tournament featured fierce competition from eight clubs divided into two groups. The first group included defending champions Sohar Club alongside Ahli Sidab, Al Nasr, and Al Salam. The second group comprised Salalah, Seeb, Al Amerat, and Dhofar, showcasing hockey at its finest.
