Muscat – The company will offer up to 49 percent of its shares to the public through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in November 2024, pending approval from the Financial Services Authority.

“OQ Base Industries (@Salalah Free Zone) SAOG (under transformation) announces its intention to float on the Muscat Stock Exchange, continuing its journey as Oman’s only integrated producer of Methanol, Ammonia and LPG products in Oman,” announced a statement from OQ Base Industries.
The company plans to list the shares on the Muscat Stock Exchange in December.
