Muscat: The event, set to run for several days, will be inaugurated by His Excellency Dr. Saud bin Hamoud Al Habsi, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources.

In collaboration with Asas Company, the exhibition aims to showcase the rich diversity of date and honey products from the Gulf, Arab countries, and beyond. It provides a platform for producing companies, factories, and exporters to not only display their goods but also expand trade opportunities and highlight Oman’s quality produce.

With a focus on boosting competitiveness and opening new markets, the event also seeks to encourage investment in the dates and honey sectors.

Small and medium-sized companies, institutions, and entrepreneurs from within Oman and abroad are expected to participate. The exhibition will feature cutting-edge developments in production mechanisms and global expertise.

The first edition of the exhibition, held in October 2023, saw participation from 13 countries and 150 companies, including local and international honey and dates producers, as well as packaging, export, and food manufacturing firms.
