One of the standout features of the Bosala app is its exclusive offers and discounts, along with a loyalty points program that allows users to redeem points for bookings and event participation. Secure electronic payment gateways ensure a hassle-free transaction process, adding an extra layer of comfort for users.
During its pilot phase, the application has successfully integrated over 25 sports facilities, including unique options like kayaking and climbing, with ambitions to expand to 200 facilities in its first year. Catering to families, the app allows parents to register and book facilities for children aged 5 to 14, making it an inclusive platform for all age groups. Available in both Arabic and English, the interface is designed to be straightforward and accessible.
