Today’s market is a dynamic one; it is ever-changing, posing many challenges. We need to move with time as the world runs towards development. This new showroom is the answer to our road map of excellence.
What motivated Filters International to expand into the Salalah market, and what are your expectations from this new branch?
Our decision to expand into the Salalah market is driven by the commitment of our team to deliver a wide range of high-quality products and exceptional customer service to our clients in Oman. The grand opening of our third showroom in Salalah marks a strategic milestone in our growth and market dominance plans, and we expect it to enhance our presence in the region significantly.
What products and services will the Salalah showroom offer, and how do they meet local market needs?
The new showroom will feature an extensive selection of all types of filters, hose/hose fittings and pneumatic components. Filters International is an exclusive distributor of major brands like Sakura Filters (Japan), HIFI Filters (France), FILTON (Malaysia), API Pneumatics, Dunlop Hiflex – Alfagomma Group hoses and Rexflow filters (China) in the Oman market.
How does Filters International ensure the quality and competitiveness of its products and services?
With Filters International LLC, customer satisfaction is no more a challenge, it is a certainty. Currently, we are supplying to almost all corporates, ministries, automobile companies and shops. We supply filters all over Oman through our channel of distribution network. Filters International LLC continues building a reputation for supplying quality products which provide reliable performance and superior value.
What can customers expect during the grand opening event, and how do you plan to celebrate this milestone?
To celebrate this moment, Filters International will be hosting the grand opening on September 26, 2024 at 5.30 pm, at the new location. Dignitaries, such as the Chairman of Salalah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and other ministry officials will grace the occasion. Our aim is to create a reliable and mutually beneficial relationship with the clients, assuring them the finest products and services. This occasion will showcase our ambition and drive.
Are there any future expansion plans or new initiatives that Filters International is considering for the Gulf region?
The road map for growth is challenging; it requires relentless planning and identifying opportunities to scale growth. We plan to reach out to new markets in pursuit of our business goals and remain relevant in the market for today and tomorrow.
