MUSCAT : The launch event was graced by His Excellency Sheikh Hilal bin Saeed Al Hajri, Governor of Al Dakhiliyah, alongside esteemed guests, including the Walis and the Director General of Digital Transformation at the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology.
The Interior Explorer System is an innovative interactive platform designed for users to access geographic data within the Interior Governorate easily. This system allows individuals to search for and download spatial information seamlessly, adhering to the national geographic data availability policy. It provides comprehensive insights into the region’s administrative borders, locations of villages, tourist attractions, historical sites, and essential services such as banking, gas stations, hospitals, and educational institutions.
Additionally, the newly launched Customer Service System aims to streamline service provision by enabling users to submit requests electronically through the governorate’s online portal. This system facilitates request submissions and allows beneficiaries to track their requests and evaluate the services received.
