Muscat: The Oman Football Association (OFA) has appointed Rasheed Jaber, a distinguished figure in Omani football, as the new head coach of the national team.
Jaber, known for his impressive track record and recent success with Seeb Club, steps in after Czech coach Jaroslav Silhavy’s abrupt dismissal.
Jaber’s primary mission is to rejuvenate the national team’s spirit. The team is set to face pivotal World Cup qualifiers against Kuwait and Jordan. “My priority is to restore the spirit of our national team,” Jaber stated, reflecting his commitment to leading the Red Warriors with renewed vigour.
