KERALA : The announcement follows a pivotal meeting in Delhi with India’s Union Civil Aviation Minister K. Rammohan Naidu, alongside key figures including Chief of Central Air Transport Atul Manrola and Director General of Civil Aviation Vikram Dev Dutt.
During the meeting, Air Kerala secured a pledge of full government support, setting the stage for its ambitious launch. Discussions focused on the airline’s operational strategies and regulatory requirements, paving the way for its entry into the aviation market.
The new airline is a flagship project of Zettfly Aviation Pvt Ltd, a stalwart in India’s aviation sector with over 30 years of experience. Zettfly has appointed Harish Kutty as Air Kerala’s CEO, steering the company’s mission to democratize air travel and make it accessible and affordable.

In its initial phase, Air Kerala will operate with three ATR 72-600 turboprop aircraft, expanding to a fleet of 20 to accommodate international routes, including the Gulf.
