MUSCAT : This initiative aims to enhance trade union understanding among workers and foster open communication between unions and employers.
The campaign focuses on enabling workers to understand their rights and duties within the work system and enhancing their ability to negotiate and defend their interests collectively and in an organized manner.
It is pertinent to note that as per Article 8 of the Labour Law, all employers with 50 or more employees are obligated to establish a system for complaints and grievances in the facility after it has been approved by the competent authority.
