Muscat – The Ministry, through its land transport inspectors, will monitor compliance and address any violations related to this new requirement. The Ministry has called upon all individuals and businesses benefiting directly or indirectly from refrigerator services to cooperate by reporting any violations of the new regulations.
This decision is within the Ministry’s authority under the Land Transport Law, as outlined in Royal Decree No. 10/2016, and is further supported by its executive regulations and Ministerial Resolution No. 235/2022 issued by the Ministry of Labour.
