Muscat: Eng. Mansour Al-Abdali, CEO of OQ Gas Networks, shared the big news with Oman News Agency, highlighting the company’s role as a crucial link between gas producers and consumers. He emphasized that they are diving into several connection projects and exploring opportunities, particularly in Sohar and Duqm. These areas are set to bolster the network’s capacity and contribute to a significant strategic project in northern Oman.

The company has seen robust results in 2024, with net profits hitting RO 28 million. Al-Abdali also praised the new “Seeb” project, noting its importance for the Dhofar Governorate. He also said that the Seeb project is crucial for local development, with 80 per cent of its capacity already reserved.
