Muscat: Moody’s has adjusted its outlook for the Sultanate of Oman, marking a shift from stable to positive, while affirming the nation’s credit rating at Ba1.

Moody’s, known for its meticulous rating of debt securities across various sectors, including government bonds and financial institutions, assigns grades from Aaa (the highest quality) to C (the lowest).
