MUSCAT : Approximately 4,400 athletes from 168 countries are set to compete over the next 11 days in 22 different sports.
Representing Oman at this prestigious event, the Oman Paralympic Committee, under the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth, has sent two athletes: Mohammed Al Mashaykhi and Sarah Al Anbouri.
Mohammed Al Mashaykhi will enter the shot put competition on September 3, while Sarah Al Anbouri is scheduled to compete in the same event on September 7. Both athletes will perform at the renowned Stade de France for Athletics.
