MUSCAT : The event took place at the Madinat Al Irfan Theatre in Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre in Muscat. The programme, designed to foster creative and leadership skills among young Omanis, prepares participants to confidently enter the workforce.


The ceremony, held under the patronage of H.E. Sultan bin Salem Al Habsi, Minister of Finance, was attended by numerous dignitaries, including Their Highnesses, Their Excellencies, and officials from both public and private sectors involved in the program.
The ‘Company’ programme saw participation from university students and emerging entrepreneurs from across the Sultanate. Participants showcased their innovative projects to a panel of local experts and investors. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Zubair, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Injaz Oman, delivered a keynote speech emphasizing the importance of youth empowerment and entrepreneurship in achieving developmental goals.
He highlighted the programme’s success, noting that Injaz Oman has benefitted over 70,000 individuals through its various programs. This year’s competition attracted 2,309 participants from 72 educational institutions, who formed over 180 student companies and logged a combined 6,460 working hours.
A total of 280 volunteers played a crucial role in the programme’s success, with Al Zubair commending their significant contribution to supporting youth initiatives and helping them realize their future goals.

• Best Visual Advertisement Award (Universities and Colleges Category): Sirius

• Best Sustainable Product Award 2024: Vibra, presented by Asyad Group
• Best Innovative Product Award 2024: Darak Company, presented by National Finance Company
• Best Student Company Award (Colleges and Universities Category): Gelatis Company, also presented by National Finance Company
