Oman’s Public Prosecution issues stern warning on stunt driving

The Public Prosecution in Oman has issued a strong warning against stunt driving, emphasizing the severe penalties that can be imposed on offenders.

Muscat – Engaging in stunt driving on public roads or private property is a criminal offense punishable by up to three months imprisonment and a fine of RO 500, warned the Public Prosecution.

As per Articles 49/5 and 54 of the Traffic Law, offenders also face the suspension of both their driver’s license and vehicle registration.
