MUSCAT : “The book is an excellent source of information, featuring authentic Omani cuisine from various governorates of the Sultanate of Oman. It also highlights the customs and traditions associated with it and the significance of it in the cultural tourism of the Sultanate of Oman, making it a unique addition to the Omani library,” states the Ministry announcement.
The book, titled ‘The Omani Cuisine Book’, is available for purchase in both Arabic and English languages at the main building of the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism.
