Muscat – According to the CPA statistics, a total of 8476 complaints were lodged with authorities, resulting in 878 violations being recorded; atotal of RO 535,021.35 was refunded to consumers.
The Authority initiated 50,187 inspection visits and examined over 3,900 controlled items.
