Muscat – To ensure the continuity of service and receive special considerations, affected individuals are urged to register their cases with their electricity company.
People relying on electrical medical devices, or those who have family members who do, should register their details under the subscribers with special needs register available at the electricity company.
As per the APSR notice, registered users will be informed of any planned interruptions in electricity supply, allowing them to make necessary arrangements in advance.
In the event of an unplanned outage, registered users will have priority in the restoration of electricity, whenever possible, to minimize disruptions to their medical care.
Besides, the electricity company will offer different alternatives for paying overdue bills, tailored to suit the specific circumstances of registered users.
