The link directs users to the Ejada platform, where responses are requested on several key points aimed at enabling Omani cadres in the labor market:

  1. Should the work permit fees for expatriate workers be increased when private sector companies fail to adhere to the prescribed Omanisation rates?
  2. Should there be additional fees imposed on companies that do not achieve the mandated Omanisation rates?
  3. Should there be an increase in the supervision of sector institutions through a joint inspection team?
  4. What other methods can be suggested to empower Omani workers in the labor market?
