MUSCAT: Nearly after two months, authorities have lifted the sanitary health isolation in most parts of Wilayat Muttrah on Saturday morning.
The Royal Oman Police have also lifted the checkpoints in Darsait and Al Wadi Al Kabir.
On Thursday, His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Al Saidi, Minister of Health, had said that restrictions will be eased in most areas in Wilayat Muttrah following a drop in the number of coronavirus cases. However, restrictions will continue in old Muttrah (Muttrah Souq area), Hamriyah, and Wadi Kabir Industrial area due to high infections.
