Muscat – The Ambassador emphasized that Oman’s security forces are diligently managing the situation and has requested all Pakistanis residing in Oman to fully cooperate with the local administration. He urged his countrymen to stay safe and avoid the Al Wadi Al Kabir area, where security operations are still ongoing.
In a video statement on social media, H.E. Imran Ali reassured the community that the injured from last night’s shooting incident are recovering well in various hospitals. He made a strong appeal for restraint and advised people not to venture towards the Wadi Al Kabir.
The Pakistan Embassy has released emergency phone numbers to assist Pakistanis needing help in hospitals.
