Dubai – The new appointments are part of a cabinet reshuffle announced on Sunday, July 14, by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The announcement also included the appointment of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan as an additional Deputy Prime Minister, alongside his existing role as Minister of Foreign Affairs.
According to online media reports, H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid stated that the decision was made in consultation with President Sheikh Mohamed.
