PARIS: The Royal Cavalry team achieved remarkable success at the prestigious French Endurance Race, organized by the International Equestrian Federation. The team competed in a 160 km, three-star race that spanned five stages, with knight Mahmoud bin Marhoon Al-Fouri clinching first place on the horse Electra. This victory adds another distinguished horse to Al-Fouri’s collection, enhancing his preparations for the upcoming World Endurance Cup Championship in France 2024, where he has already qualified with his horse Dalila.

In the 120 km, two-star race, which included four stages, rider Faisal bin Ibrahim Al Farsi showcased his endurance and skill by completing the race on the Royal Cavalry’s horse, Wathiqah. This performance earned them a qualification for the World Cup for young horses aged 8 years, set to take place next September in Italy.

Additionally, knight Saleh bin Salem Al Balushi, riding the horse Bosphorus of the Royal Cavalry, emerged victorious in the 100 km, one-star race, which consisted of three stages.
