MUSCAT: The Ministry of Finance on Wednesday issued a circular to all government companies to expedite the process to replace expatriate workers with Omani citizens.
According to the circular which is available with The Arabian Stories, the finance ministry has asked government companies to create a specific timetable for the various job levels to be implemented as quickly as possible, including leadership and supervisory positions.
