Muscat – The Ministry noted that its Directorate General of Heritage and Tourism in Dhofar Governorate will host the meeting for real estate owners on Thursday, June 27, at the multimedia hall in Al Baleed Archaeological Park.
Sekaa, a free platform, is designed to streamline the contractual relationship between tourists and the owners of residential units.
The platform aims to offer an integrated regulatory framework that guarantees the rights of both landlords and tenants. Registered owners of residential establishments on this platform will benefit from simplified registration and licensing procedures following the Khareef season.
The platform will ensure adherence to quality standards for residential rentals, facilitate registration and licensing processes for property owners, and provide an avenue for establishments to promote their services directly to guests.
