Muscat – The session, presided over by H.E. Khalid bin Hilal Al Maawali, Chairman of the Shura Council, is focused on several key draft laws, including the draft law on electronic transactions, and the draft law regulating the transfer and transplantation of human organs and tissues.
The session will also discuss the draft agreement to be signed between the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Republic of Cyprus to avoid double taxation and prevent tax evasion with respect to income taxes, and a draft agreement with the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding joint administrative assistance in the field of customs.
