This new law prioritizes both worker and employer rights while fostering a balanced labour market and strong labor relations.
H.E. Dr. Ba’Owain also commended Oman’s social protection system that unifies various social benefits and insurance programs under one umbrella. This system, recognized by the International Labour Organization and the International Social Security Association, offers comprehensive protection against a wide range of social risks for all citizens.
