Muscat: The new southern runway at Muscat International Airport has officially commenced commercial operations. Salam Air proudly announced that its flight OV338 from Baghdad was the inaugural arrival on this newly opened runway, underscoring the airline’s commitment to supporting the Sultanate’s growing aviation infrastructure.
The inauguration of the southern runway is expected to significantly enhance air traffic to and from Muscat International Airport.
