MUSCAT: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) teams managed to rescue 46 people stranded in several flooded homes in Shinas on Tuesday.
In a statement issued, CDAA said those rescued were shifted to shelter centers in coordination with National Committee for Emergency Management (NCEM) in the governorate.
Meanwhile, CDAA also managed to rescue five people after their vehicle was stranded in a wadi in Falaj Al Qabil area in Sohar.
